Wear a lot of knitted cardigans and jumpers. If you watch the movies, you'll see that he wears these often. Also, if it's cold, wear a big coat and some scarves, maybe even a Gryffindor scarf if you can get hold of one. If you can knit, make your own.

Carry some books on plants around. It's a pretty well known fact that Neville likes Herbology and is good at it.

There isn't really a specific hair style. Neville's hair has varied throughout the movies, so don't worry about whether your hair is curly or straight. Don't worry too much about color either, as even though his hair is brown in the movies, in the books it is described to be blond.
