Shipwreck is beast. He is one of the main Joes in the popular G.I. Joes series, and just a tad cranky. This article will help you replicate the Shipwreck attire.
Steps

Get a jet-black beanie. Preferably a woolen one. It doesn't necessarily have to be wool, but at least a thick one.

Get a black long-sleeved undershirt. Try Under-Armour.

Get a pair of camouflage pants. If you cannot acquire any, a pair of light blue jeans can work as well, seeing as how Shipwreck is not always fitted for battle.

Tuck the undershirt into the pants. Carry around a toy pistol to let others know you're not just dressed as a fisherman.

Scowl a lot. Shipwreck is almost never in a good mood. When you are in a good mood, put on a pair of sunglasses, and show just a hint of a smile.

If possible, try to find black boots. They can be any kind. Tuck the pant legs into the boots.
Tips
- Watch the animated series to see how Shipwreck normally behaves.
- Shipwreck is also seen wearing a white sailor cap, so if you could find one of those, that would be perfect.
