Powerpuff Girls is known for being one of the best animated cartoons of the 90s, and there's also an anime series. This may come off more as influenced by the anime series, it's just because I watch it more.

First, determine what character you want to be. it helps if you choose a character with a similar personality as yours. I.e., if you are very girly and bubbly, you might think of being Bubbles.

Figure out whether you'd like to be inspired by the anime of the original series. The Powerpuff Girls are 13, as opposed to 5, and some characters look and act very different.

Look like your character. For some characters, such as Him from the original series, and Mojo Jojo may be harder to impersonate. but humans like the Powerpuff Girls and Professor Utonium and human-esqe characters such as Him in the anime series are easier to look like.

Start dressing like your character. If you want to look like Blossom, wear lots of pink and a big bow in your hair. If you choose Bubbles, sweet pale blue girly stuff is perfect. For Buttercup, green more gender neutral athletic clothes would work. If you want to be Professor Utonium just wear a lab coat and normal black pants. For Mojo Jojo, wear a big tall hat or wig and maybe a big dark coat. for Him, it's easier to do the anime version. Stuff like red micro-miniskirts, ruffles, colorful makeup and lots of stripes is great. For Princess, wear over-the-top expensive looking dresses, preferably with gaudy jewels, and wear a tiara. if you want to look like the Rowdyruff Boys, look like a Powerpuff Girls but a bit more boyish. etc.

Act and talk like your character. Blossom is a bit smarter than the other Powerpuff Girls, so prepare to act intelligent. She also loves candy. Bubbles loves stuffed animals and Octi, and she's very ditzy. Buttercup is very boyish and sporty, and has a bit of a lower voice than the others. Professor Utonium is basically your typical scientist. Mojo Jojo has a somewhat Japanese accent and is very smart yet sometimes isn't the best with making plans. He usually repeats himself. Him has two sides: Polite, over-the-top and girly; and vicious and threatening. The first is more often in the anime, and he rarely actually seems that genuinely threatening except when he uses his powers in the anime, and he still acts somewhat polite. The second is more common in the original, so you can choose. Princess is girly and spoiled and rich, and needs an entourage. Miss Bellum never shows her face, and she'll be good to be if you have thick long red, blond or brown curly hair you'd be willing to hide your face with. She is very smart,and does most of the work for the Mayor. The Mayor is older and incapable to do stuff for himself. There's a lot more characters, so watch episodes focused on those characters for a better idea of how they're like.
Tips
- Watch a lot of either the original, or the anime, depending on what you're more influenced by.
Warnings
- People might make fun of you, especially if you try to be the mayor, mojo jojo, or Him if you're a guy. Ignore all criticism.
- Don't wear the same outfit twice in the same week. Be creative with your outfits.
