Screamo style isn't that hard. If you look at the picture at the top of the page you'll see Indian Summer a real screamo band. They're not wearing anything really that special.

Some background information on Screamo. It was a sub genre of hardcore punk and emotive hardcore, mixed with other genres of music. It started in San Diego, California in 1991. Screamo has fast guitar riffs and aggressive lyrics. Screamo, emo-violence or power-violence songs are usually very short.

Looking at the original emo style. If you look at the original 'emo style' you'll see it consisted of itchy sweaters and flat shoes. There is nothing wrong with wearing that when listening to real screamo.

How to dress 'screamo'. Wear your favourite Screamo band t-shirts, now these bands never were popular so they might be very rare, so get an account on a website that lets you make them yourself if you can't find any. If you prefer older style wear gray or black jumpers. You can always wear a t-shirt underneath if you want to take it off.

Wear plain trousers/pants. Try not to wear skinny jeans too much. Wear a plain belt.

Wear flat shoes. If you wear converse do, but not all the time. Try and mix it in with vans or simple slip on shoes.
- Wear black with colors like orange (not bright) yellow like a rusty reddish color and browns just plain not bright colors but dont wear to much black or to much of those colors make it a mix.
Tips
- Bands like Asking Alexandria and Bring Me The Horizon aren't screamo band, they're metalcore.
- If your going for a screamo look look up suicide silence on google images there basically how u should look and dress.
- Dressing screamo is not dressing emo.

- People may label u as emo or goth.
- Dont to hard and dont go to fast like for example start slowly by getting tee shirts and then pants and shoes and etc...
