First of all, do not dress like this on a mission! This is only for when you are at your spy base, or, any other place you won't see many people. Have fun!
Steps

Get some black slacks. Not skinny jeans- slacks.

Put on a white t-shirt, and then a black button up long-sleeve.

Add a white tie. (optional). This adds a more of a "secret agent" look but it's ok if you don't, especially if you're a girl.

Put on black shoes. Make sure there is no glitter or shiny object on the shoe.

Wear a pair of dark sunglasses.

Go and show off your costume to your secret agent freinds!
Tips
- Put your hair back if you are a girl. If not, you can put it on your shoulders. Also looks nice.
