3. Don't forget that the Happy Mask Salesman is well known for his volatile personality. If you're mad, show it! Don't be afraid to lash out and let 'em have it. Embrace your anger.
4. Don't forget your masks. The Happy Mask Salesman majors in masks.

Tips

• When you act the part, remember the Happy Mask Salesman's mood changes as if he is putting on a different mask. Your moods should change from cheerful to white-hot rage in less than one second.
• Never stop smiling (unless you're mad, of course). The Happy Mask Salesman is never in a 'blah' mood. He's either cheerful and happy or very angry. Smile!
