When Halloween comes around, there are many options for who to dress up as. If you would like to dress up as a transformer for Halloween, please continue reading this article for some suggestions.
Steps
-
Watch the Transformer movie to see how the characters dress. You may also want to buy or look at some Internet images of Transformer action figures to get an idea of how they look. If you can find any books at a store or your local library, consider looking at some of the pictures for another way to see how the Transformer's dress.
-
Decide which Transformer is your favorite. Do you like the yellow one? The red one? Whatever the case may be, decide which Transformer you would really enjoy dressing up as. You will need to choose which color you want to be so you can get the ideal costume for the Transformer of your choice. If you cannot choose which one you want to be, try asking a friend or family member what their favorite one is.
-
Look on the Internet or at a local store for a possible costume. Try to look in more than one place to locate the costume that is your favorite and has the best price. You can create your own costume if the prices are too high if you are capable of sewing it together and have the time. Make sure that the costume you chose is warm enough if Halloween night is going to be cold, or that the costume is cool enough if the night is going to be a hot one.
-
Place the costume in your closet when you get home. Make sure that it is hung up nicely so it doesn't have any wrinkles in it when you go to get it out again. Also, make sure all of the costume is in the same area, such as the shoes, props, etc. Keep the costume out of reach of you have younger siblings or small children in the house, for they may try to get the costume out and do things to it.
-
Try on the Transformer costume on the day before Halloween night to double check everything. Make sure that there are no itchy tags on the costume that could be bothering you when you go Trick-or-Treating, and also make sure that everything fits right. Did you forget to purchase shoes or additional props for your costume? If so, be sure to run out to a local store to get them. You don't want to be rushing around with costume issues on the night of Halloween.
-
Put your costume on for Halloween night. Make sure you have everything you need before heading out. Also, be sure to follow all of the Trick-or-Treating safety rules or regulations that your parent or guardian tells you. If you are on the younger side, be sure to take your parent or guardian with you to be safe.
