Pear or Apple. Hey what about vase... and no one knows what you're talking about but how DO you dress to impress when there's no info out there to show you how Well. I think I can help.
Steps
Emphasize your curves. You can do this by wearing a Short jacket that goes in at the waist or a V-neck jumper that sits on your hips.
Avoid skinny jeans! They will attract attention to your hips in a non-flattering way. High waist drain pipe jeans or straight leg jeans are flattering and make you seem taller by drawing your eyes up.
Simple yet effective, by wearing slim fitted shirts you bring attention to your wrists, hands and waist making your movements seem graceful and naturally slimmer.
Consider a corset - particularly an under bust style. They pull in and emphasise the waist and end just below the bust so it doesn't draw as much attention to your chest as an over bust does. A properly constructed corset (with steel boning rather than plastic, and custom made if you can afford it) is incredibly comfortable and won't dig in to your thighs or restrict your breathing as much if it is broken in and worn safely.
Keep things easy and simple. With slim legs you'll look elegant in a straight skirt and a moderately sleeved shirt or jacket will hide your upper arms and still look good.
Layer a tank top over the shirt this will look smart and will also make you look slimmer and more curvy.
Just don't. Floral and feminine dresses are a BIG no no because simple works best for a vase. The best dress for a vase should be a dark number that has a square neckline and 3/4 puffed sleeves. A more dressy alternative is wide legged trousers with a plain 3/4 sleeved blouse and dark tank which will accentuate all the right places.
Try and avoid fussy shirts with frills and tassels on the chest because these will just draw unwanted attention to your chest.
Work the single button jacket. It'll do all the work for you. It will draw your breasts in, draw attention from your hips and slim your stomach right down and if the sleeves are quite tight it will elongate and accentuate your arms while you rock an awesome look.
Hmmm shoes. Don't just throw on any old pair, like they say 'the shoes make the woman' and I stick by that.
Clunks Wedges or ankle boots will overwhelm your slim legs and will make your delicate ankles a block of flab, which will make your legs look shorter and chunkier.
Smooth your curves with a curvy pair of heels. Not only will they elongate your legs they will make you legs look more slender and make you look taller and more confident too.

Tips
Vases look great in feminine jewellery, but should go for rounded and fairly large pieces to complement their curvy look.
Be careful with heavier heels as they can easily become too clunky for your frame.
Avoid having bottoms that clash with your top. This will just bring attention to your stomach and hips.
Layer up! Adding a shirt over another will bring your waist in while bringing your chest and hips out making you more of an hourglass.
Wearing a belt under your bust will accentuate your curves and bring in your stomach at the same time.
Warnings
Cosmetic surgery is drastic and you should try to be happy with yourself before you opt for going under the knife.
Wearing a corset for long periods of time (4+ hours) can be difficult and you should be aware of the health implications if you wear one. But if they are safely worn, the health risks can be greatly reduced.
