How to Dress to Play Tennis
Well, you could wear those little white outfits you see in the movies, but who actually does that? If you want to dress to win, you get comfortable and wear what you feel good in. But in all that worry about your clothes, don't forget your racket!
Wear comfy clothes. Just because your playing tennis doesn't mean you can't wear what you hang around the house in! Make sure your wearing something lightweight like shorts, a short (ish-not too short) skirt, baggy tee's and so on.
Keep your hair out of your face. It's got to be out of your face. Ponytail or pigtails are recommended. It's only because your going to be jumping up and down and running around.
Wear cool and comfy shoes. Your shoes can be cool colours, patterned- anything. Try low-top converse, tennis shoes, trainers... etc.
Accessorize. A hat that fits on your head well, a hand glove- so your hand can't get sweaty and drop the racket.
- Be ready for loss in tennis anything can happen.
- Have a bottle of water at the ready you'll get tired and worn out from the game....
- Make sure you've got everything it says you need- clothing and accessory wise.
- Careful, make-sure things aren't too short or too tight, if you haven't got that perfect body tight clothing will show it off. Too short and loose and it'll fall right off- much more embarrassing...!!
