Everyone wants to look good. Even an athlete. If you want to dress like volleyball player, follow these steps so you can look good while playing your heart out!
Steps
Shorts. Spandex are the best. They allow you to move around well. They come in different colors and they're extremely comfortable. If you play club or competitive matches, don't wear bright neon spandex with crazy prints. It distracts others from playing the game.
Get comfortable shoes. If you want suitable footwear for volleyball, be willing to splurge for some proper court shoes whose price ranges from $70 to $150.
Put up your hair in a ponytail or a tight french braid. Make sure that it is tight enough so it won't untangle or get in the way. There are hundreds of ways to put your hair up for volleyball.
If you need to wear a uniform, don't add accessories. There's a reason you have a uniform and you can't wear jewelery when you're playing a match.
Make sure your shirt fits well. Not too tight, not too lose.
Pick knee pads that are well fitting for you and that they cover your entire knee.
Tips
Lace up comfy shoes. Make sure they are tied tightly so you won't trip on them!
Like every other sport, staying hydrated is key. Drink little glugs of water throughout the day instead of drinking the whole bottle right before the game or else you'll feel terrible later on.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in.
Look professional. No one will take your playing seriously if you show up in neon spandex, with your hair in your face and bracelets up and down your arms.
