Choose what tribute you want to dress up as.

Learn more about their district. Example: if you're dressing up as Rue you might want to wear overalls and a plaid shirt since her district was all about agriculture (farming).

If you don't know what the district's specialty is, you will want to base your outfit off descriptions from the book. Katniss is described as wearing her father's leather jacket and some combat style boots. Or, you can use the tribute guide. That works, too!

Tips
- Find a section in the book where they talk about your tribute and look for details. Every thing counts!
- Try to find exact details from the book and base your hair and makeup off of that.
- Don't go out and buy a ton of things. Try to use things you already have by decorating them and such.
- Simple is better, especially for Katniss and Peeta.
- Thrift stores have tons of things that would work, all at cheaper prices!
