If you love anime, or don't but have no idea what to be this Halloween then this will be easy to dress up as. Hopefully you'll have all you need at home.
Steps

Get a plain white top, if long sleeves, roll them up but tuck them in. Then get your black marker pen and draw thick lines but if you want it plain then you don't need a marker.
- Get a red bandana and put it round your neck and row the two ends together once your happy with it get a black hair bobble and tie it round then end of the bandana as shown in the picture

Get your skirt on and pull it over your top to keep your top in one place. Then put your long black socks on.

Get your black shoes on and you look great.
Tips
- If you do end up dressing up as one check how they do their hair there are so many different ones it might just be hard to pick
